PRODUCT DETAILS
Crafted from 925 hallmarked sterling silver by artisans with over 25 years of silversmithing expertise, this Gaja Lakshmi idol depicts the Goddess flanked by two elephants pouring water over her from their raised trunks. The composition — central Lakshmi seated on a lotus, ornate elephants to either side — is among the oldest iconographies in Indian devotional art.
Gaja Lakshmi represents the blessing of abundance — the abhishekam of prosperity being perpetually offered to the Goddess, and through her, to the household. The imagery appears on temple walls from Sanchi onward and remains a powerful daily puja focus.
A sacred gift for Diwali, Dhanteras, Varalakshmi Vratham, housewarming ceremonies, or for families drawn specifically to the Gaja Lakshmi iconography.
