Delivery

We ship worldwide from India, fully tracked and insured. Shipping is complimentary on all orders. Import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by your country of delivery are the recipient's responsibility. These are not included in the order total and are typically collected by the carrier at delivery.

  • Standard parcels: ShipGlobal, handed off to trusted regional couriers for final delivery
  • High-value orders: FedEx or UPS, insured and signature-required

Production: 2–3 weeks
Shipping: 2–3 weeks
Total timeline: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation

HERITAGE

Silver artefacts and jewellery, from India.

Production: Most pieces are ready stock and dispatch within 2–3 business days. Some pieces are made to order and may take 2–4 weeks. If your piece is made to order, we'll let you know at the time of purchase.

Shipping: 2–3 weeks from dispatch
Total timeline: 2–4 weeks for ready stock, 4–7 weeks for made-to-order pieces

A few things to know

  • Deliveries go to residential or business addresses only — not PO boxes.
  • Signature is required at delivery.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or events outside our control, but we will always help you resolve them.
  • If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll open a trace.
