Arkh Radiance Lifetime Value Guarantee & Returns Policy
At Arkh Radiance, we believe your jewellery should bring joy today and peace of mind tomorrow. Our Lifetime Value Guarantee is designed to make every purchase feel secure — whether you want to upgrade to something even more special or simply need flexibility in the future.

1. Short-Term Returns & Exchanges
• You may return or exchange your unworn, undamaged item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• The item must be in original condition: with all tags, packaging, certificates (IGI for lab-grown diamonds), and proof of purchase.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• Return shipping: Customer covers return shipping (unless the item is defective).
• Exclusions: Custom-made pieces, personalized engravings, or final-sale items (clearly marked at purchase) are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.

2. Lifetime Buyback (Cash Option) – For RADIANCE Collection
• Available on eligible RADIANCE lab-grown diamond jewellery purchased from Arkh Radiance.
• After 18 months from purchase date, you may sell back your item for 70% of the original purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts applied at purchase).
• The item must be in good, resale-ready condition (normal wear acceptable; no major damage, missing stones, or alterations).
• Process: Contact us via email with your order number and certificate and we'll provide a quote after receiving the returned item. Inspection takes 5–7 business days; cash is transferred via bank within 10 business days if approved.
• Deductions may apply for: excessive wear, missing certificate, or non-RADIANCE items.
• This is a cash buyback — no obligation to purchase new items.

3. Lifetime Exchange & Upgrade Program – "Radiance Upgrade"
We offer two flexible upgrade paths to help you grow your collection with minimal extra cost. Available after 18 months from purchase (to ensure lasting enjoyment first).
Option A: Easy Upgrade ("Pay $1 More")
• Receive 90% credit of your original purchase price (full item value) toward any new Arkh Radiance piece priced at least $1 more than your original.
• Pay only the small difference + any applicable taxes/shipping.
• Ideal for subtle upgrades.
Option B: Double Radiance Upgrade
• Receive 100% credit of your original purchase price toward any new piece priced at least 2× your original amount.
• Pay only the difference + taxes/shipping.
• Perfect for bigger diamonds, more elaborate designs, or milestone celebrations.

How the Upgrade Works
1. Contact us after 18 months with your order details and photos.
2. Ship the item back.
3. We inspect (must be in good condition with original certificate).
4. Credit is applied instantly toward your new purchase.
5. We take back the old piece (we repurpose metal and handle diamonds ethically).
6. If the old item doesn't qualify (e.g., damage), we'll offer a fair adjusted quote.

Important Notes
• Applies only to original full-price purchases (no credit on discounted/promotional items beyond base value).
• Credit is for Arkh Radiance jewellery only (no cash alternative except under Buyback).
• One upgrade per original item; non-transferable.
• Exclusions: Loose stones (unless part of full jewellery), custom pieces with irreversible changes, or items without original documentation.
