Delivery

We ship worldwide from India, fully tracked and insured. Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Import duties, tariffs, and customs charges levied by your country are solely the recipient's responsibility. These are not included in your order total and are typically collected by the carrier at delivery. ARKH has no control over these charges and cannot waive, refund, or be held liable for them under any circumstances.

Carriers

  • Standard parcels: ShipGlobal, handed off to trusted regional couriers for final delivery
  • High-value orders: FedEx or UPS, fully insured and signature-required

Lead Times

RADIANCE
Lab-grown diamond jewellery, crafted in India.
Production: 2–3 weeks | Shipping: 2–3 weeks | Total: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation

HERITAGE
Silver artefacts and jewellery, from India.
Production: Most pieces are ready stock and dispatch within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces may take 2–4 weeks — we will confirm this at the time of purchase.
Shipping: 2–3 weeks from dispatch | Total: 2–4 weeks for ready stock, 4–7 weeks for made-to-order

A few things to know

  • Deliveries go to residential or business addresses only — not PO boxes.
  • Signature is required at delivery.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or events outside our control, but we will always help you resolve them.
  • If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will open a trace.
