Returns & Exchanges
At ARKH Jewels, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. This Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) is applicable to all purchases made directly through ARKH Jewels and forms an integral part of the Terms of Sale. By placing an order with ARKH, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms set forth herein.
1. COLLECTION-WISE RETURN ENTITLEMENT
1.1 Radiance Collection – Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry
1.1.1 Standard Returns (Domestic and International):
- Returns of Radiance Collection products will be accepted within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unworn and undamaged,
- All original packaging, tags, certificates and invoices are included,
- The product remains in original and merchantable condition.
1.1.2 Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable.
1.1.3 Lifetime Value Promise:
- After a period of eighteen (18) months from the purchase date, customers may return the product in wearable and resale-acceptable condition, subject to:
- Proof of original purchase,
- The return being made by the original purchaser.
- Upon successful evaluation, ARKH Jewels will issue store credit equivalent to seventy percent (70%) of the original purchase price.
- Store credit may be redeemed against future ARKH purchases and is valid for twelve (12) months from issuance.
- Custom-engraved and personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless deemed faulty by ARKH.
1.2 Everyday & Heritage Collection – Silver Jewelry
1.2.1 Standard Returns (Domestic and International):
- Products from the Everyday & Heritage Collection may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and unworn,
- Original packaging, invoice, and product tags must be included,
- Product must be free of tampering, damage, or alteration.
1.2.2 Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons),
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order items,
- Items categorized as sale, clearance or promotional.
2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify ARKH Jewels within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at:

The notification must include:
- Order number,
- Clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging.
Upon verification, ARKH will, at its sole discretion, arrange:
- Repair, replacement, or
- Complete refund (including shipping costs).
3. COUNTRY-SPECIFIC RETURN CONDITIONS
3.1 Domestic Returns & Exchanges (India)
3.1.1 Shipping and Return Costs:
- The customer shall bear all shipping costs for returns and exchanges initiated due to change of preference, size, or non-defect reasons.
- ARKH Jewels shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or delays of returned items during transit. The customer is advised to use a traceable shipping service.
3.1.2 Processing & Refund Timeline:
- Returned products will be inspected within 2-4 business days of receipt.
- Upon approval, refunds/store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
3.1.3 Exchanges:
- Eligible for exchange against an item of equal or greater value.
- Any difference in price and additional shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
3.2 International Returns & Exchanges
3.2.1 Shipping and Costs:
- International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping charges,
- Any import/export duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, insurance, or brokerage charges imposed by authorities.
3.2.2 Non-Refundable Charges:
- Original outbound international shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
3.2.3 Duties and Customs:
If customs duties and taxes are not paid and the return is refused, abandoned, or returned to us due to non-compliance:
- The return will be deemed invalid and no refund or store credit shall be issued.
3.2.4 Processing Time:
- Returned items will be inspected within 3-7 business days.
- Refunds/store credits will be issued within 7-10 business days of approval.
4. RETURN APPROVAL CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return or exchange, the returned product must meet all of the following criteria:
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged,
- Free from scratches, breakage, alteration or modifications by any third party,
- Contain all original accessories, certificates and packaging,
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
ARKH reserves the right to reject any return that does not satisfy the conditions mentioned herein.
5. RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact ARKH Jewels at contact@arkhjewels.com.
- Provide order details and return reason.
- Await written confirmation, return acceptance and shipping instructions.
- Dispatch the product within three (3) business days of approval.
- Inspection results will be communicated by ARKH.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION
6.1 Pre-Dispatch:
Orders may be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase with no penalty.
6.2 Post-Dispatch:
Cancellation after dispatch is not permitted. Customers may avail return benefits under this Policy.
7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- ARKH Jewels retains full authority regarding return eligibility, inspection outcomes, valuation and replacement approval.
- Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Products purchased as gifts or during promotional offers follow the same policy unless otherwise specified in writing.
- ARKH shall not be liable for delays caused by customs, couriers, or force majeure conditions.
